Our Approach
Federal and state governments have been infringing on civil rights for generations. State governments controlled by both Democrats and RINOs have focused on severely restricting the right to bear arms. They pass laws that blatantly conflict with the Constitution and 2nd Amendment, and rely on judge shopping to tie up court challenges for years. They strive to chip away at our rights, taking bigger and bigger “pieces of the pie”.
Boogaloo Dynamics exists to provide Americans the tools to recognize and defend against such evils. Through lawsuits, lobbying, rallies, protests and kinetic actions, we can work to counter this abuse of power, and prevent further infringement on our rights. As the Supreme Court has repeatedly held, a law repugnant to the Constitution is no law at all, has no authority, and citizens are not bound to obey it. That applies to virtually all gun laws.
Our ultimate goal is to restore our Republic and our States to the Constitutional limitations within which they are meant to operate.
Our Story
Boogaloo Dynamics lifted our name from a so-called research study titled “CYBER SWARMING, MEMETIC WARFARE AND VIRAL INSURGENCY” that may as well have been a satire, it was so full of bovine excrement. Honestly, it read like something from the Onion or Babylon Bee. The white paper displayed how little the Left understands humor, patriotic Americans, and the opposition to Democrat/Socialists’ nanny state ideology.
The “researchers” looked at Boogaloo memes, jokes about a 2nd American Civil War that many feel is inevitable as a result of oppressive government overreach, and irrationally concluded that meme creators want a civil war, when what they actually want is for the government to respect the limits the Constitution places on government authority and power. If a civil war kicks off, it will be Left-wing radicals within our government waging war against American citizens, after violating their Constitutional rights and attempting to replace freedom with Socialist mandates.
An astute individual provided the following critique of the report: “Boogaloo memes don’t attempt to solidify people under an ideology- socialism does that. The right wing perspective is individualist, not collectivist. Boogaloo memes aren’t pushing the agenda, they are reactions to the agenda. They aren’t “marketed” to people, they appeal to people, because they satire a kernel of truth. There isn’t a monolithic group or core participants pushing leadership down to the masses. There’s a giant patchwork of individuals who find a joke funny. The authors can’t understand why 20,000 people could show up in the same spot and still be individuals; it’s gotta be some kind of conspiracy. Because 20,000 liberals getting together means they are consolidating, not convening.”
